To find the install date and time of a particular RPM package in a Linux Server:
# rpm -qa --queryformat "%{NAME}-%{VERSION}.%{RELEASE} (%{ARCH}) INSTALLED: %{INSTALLTIME:date}\n" | grep rpm_package_name
